Mike is an active member of several AIHA volunteer groups, including the PR(IH)DE Special Interest Group. He founded this volunteer group in 2022 to incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion in the IH and OEHS professions, particularly with regard to professionals in the LGBTQ+ community.
